Q: I removed some spyware infections but as soon as I restart my computer, they show up again.

A: Many infections have many files that starts with your computer on bootup. Spyware Vanisher always tries to remove all spies traces on first cleaning, however it may take up to 3 scans / cleaning & rebooting before all infections are gone. (Once again, this is RARE and in 99% of the cases, all infections will be removed on first cleaning.)

Q: What if I tried more than three times removing and restarting my windows,

A: Spies.log is a log file generated by Spyware Vanisher! that contains information’s about spies that detected on your PC, also have the necessary information’s to allow our technical support team to detect any new spy you may have and put on the next update.

Q: I can’t send my Spies.log using (Send spies log to our technical support), Always get error message.

A: You may send us your spies.log using (create .log) button and paste it on Contact Us Page.

Q: Spyware Vanisher! Can’t detect spy that hijacks my Internet Explorer Home Page.

A: Please make sure that you have the latest Spyware Vanisher! Version by just clicking on CHECK for UPDATES.  If you have an older version of Spyware Vanisher, please  (Click Here). If you already have the lastest  version you may have an unknown spy infection, please send us your spies.log using (create .log) button and paste it on Contact Us Page.
